It was a miserable, cold and wet day at WELKS where the breed judge was Mr David Abbott of Lordsdrake Papillons, but the day was soon brighten up when Blake won Junior Dog, Murray won Post Graduate Dog and then Blake went on to win the RCC!! Incredibley happy with my boys!

South Wales Papillon Club held their Open Show today where the judge was Nick Farrugia. Blake won Junior, Yearling and Novie, which gave him his last few points for his Junior Warrant. Murray won Limit Dog.
6 April 12
Chertsey Open show was today where the judge was breed specialist Pat Cox. Blake won Post Graduate and Murray won Open and Best of Breed. He was also group 2 under Joy Jolley. Feorlig Magic in the Making owned by Julie & Isla Barnett made his debut today, he was an absolute star winning Best Puppy in Breed & Puppy group 4.

Mum took Blake up to UK Toy today where the judge was Mrs Marion Sloane from Ireland. Blake was in with the big boys in Junior for the first time today and he held his own winning the class.

Crufts judge was Mrs Mary Whitehill. Blake and Murray were entered in the breed. Blake was third in Puppy Dog and the little star of the day was Murray who won Post Graduate dog out of 23. Morse was shown in the YKC Stakes under Val Foss and he came a very good 2nd.

The Papillon (Butterfly) Dog Club held their Open show today. The judge was Jerry Munroe of Papplewick Papillons. Today it was Murrays turn to be the star of the Kennel, winning Post Graduate Dog and Reserve Best Dog.

Today we went to Matlock show. Papillons were judged by Mrs Armitage. Blake was Best Puppy and Murray won Post Graduate and was RBOB. Blake then went onto win Toy Group 1 & BEST PUPPY IN SHOW under well known all rounder Mr Rodney Oldham!! Once again our boy has done us proud!

We had a lovely day today at City of Cambridge with the Papillons. Erica Veneir from USA was juding. We had three entered and all three of our boys won thier classes. Murray won PG, Morse won Open and was RBOB and Blake won Junior and was Best of Breed and Best Puppy. He then went onto to win Toy Group 3 & Puppy Group 1 under Donna Hayden and then was awarded Best Puppy in Show under Glenway Dymock!!! So proud of our little man. He is really doing us well at the moment! Fingers crossed he can continue his winning ways!
8th January 12
Boston Championship show was today and what a day it was!!! Anne Stevens was awarding CC's in the breed for the first time today. We had Blake and Murray entered. Murray was 2nd in a big post graduate class, but the day again belonged to Blake who won Puppy Dog, Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Breed. We later went into the Puppy Group under Mrs S Hatterall and to our delight our little 'klever' man won the Toy Puppy group!!! He showed like a absolute dream and we could not ask anymore of this boy. What a start to the year!!

First show of the year for us and it was Coventry Ladies New Years Day show. We only took Blake and he was awarded Best Puppy in Breed by Mr E Bishop and Toy Puppy Group 4 by Mrs C Knight.
28 December 11
Ashbourne show was today, the judge for Papillons was Mr A Oakden. Blake won Junior D/B and was awarded Res Best of Breed and Best Puppy in Breed. Murray was 2nd in his class and Morse 3rd in his. We then took Blake into the Puppy group under Mr R Haynes and he won it!! He really is doing so well at the moment, we are so pleased with him!

Today we went along to Stroud Show. Papillons were judged by Julie Baldwin and Blake was Best Puppy in Breed. The main reason we went to Stroud was for Kirsty to compete in the YKC handling classes as she has not competed in many throughout the year and has not qualified for her last year in the YKC handling at Crufts. We are pleased to say Kirsty won her class and then was best YKC handler overall under Helena Hutchings. To top the day off after a very long wait we went in for Best Puppy in Show and Blake was awarded Res Best Puppy in Show under Ken Jessop. We are so thrilled with the way our boy is doing at the moment and we hope he continues his winning ways.

Midland Counties Championship show was held today and the breed Judge was Mr Ted Whitehill (Amicae) We had Morse and Blake entered and also showed 'Fly' Feorlig Eyecatcher at Roseholme. Morse was 2nd in a strong Limit dog class and Fly 2nd in Yearling dog. The star of the day was 'Blake' who was 1st in Minor Puppy dog, Best Puppy Dog and Best Puppy in Breed!!! I then took Blake into the Pro Plan Puppy Dog stakes under Ann Ingram. He was in the A.V Toy dog class and from a very strong class he came 1st!! He then had to challenge the Toy Bitch winner and again he won this. We then had to wait for the Utility classes to be judged and once the judge had selected her overall Utility winner between the dog and the bitch, we then had to challenge for the overall winner on the day. To our delight Blake was awarded overall day winner and we are going back on Sunday to challenge for overall winner from all four days! Keep your fingers crossed!

Judge for Papillons at South Wales Ch show was Stephen Goodwin. We only took Blake and he was 2nd in Minor Puppy. We then took him into the Puppy dog stakes under Meriel Hathaway where he got a brilliant 2nd, but the best part of the day was when we took him into the Minor Puppy Stakes under Dr Ron James and he won it!!!
2 October 11
Driffield Ch show was held today. Rob Samson was the breed judge. Blake won in a strong Minor Puppy class and Murray was 2nd in Post Graduate. Blake then went into the Puppy Dog stakes and got a very good 3rd under all rounder Steve Hall.

We had a great day at Bedford Open show today under breed specialist Fran McWade who had a lovely large quality entry. Hugo won Post Graduate, Morse was 2nd in Open but the star of the day was little Blake who at 6 months old won a big Junior class, Best of Breed & Best Puppy, he later went on to get 2nd in the Puppy Group under Derfel Owen. We are so proud of our little boy!

Mrs Vanessa Cox was judging Papillons for the first time today at Darlington and we had a brilliant day with Blake winning Minor Puppy Dog, Hugo coming 2nd in Junior Dog and Morse winning a lovely strong Limit Dog class. It was lovely to see Blake's dad go Best of Breed. Blake also went in the Puppy Stakes under Mr Graham Hill and from around 30 dogs he came 4th. I think he did extremely well seeing as he is still only a baby.

Richmond Ch show was on today and the breed judge was Mrs Queenie Bruce-Jackson. Blake got 2nd out of a very big and good quality Minor Puppy Class and Murray was 3rd in Limit.

City of Birmingham was today and our judge was Carolyn Roe from the famous Sunshoo kennels. It was Blakes first show today and he got a very good 2nd in a big Minor Puppy dog class. He also got 3rd in the Puppy Stakes under Ann Arch. Murray did us proud winning Post Graduate and Morse was 4th in very strong Limit Class. He also went into the YKC Stakes class which he won under Jose Haro Haro.

We had a lovely couple of days away at Paignton, with the sun shining! The judge for Papillons was Mr Tony Allcock MBE. This was his first time awarding CC's. We took Murray and Morse who both did us well! Murray won Post Graduate dog and Morse came a very good 2nd in Limit behind the CC winner. We must congratulate Pat Munn on getting the CC and BOB with the gorgeous Mad About Saffron with Ringlands, which made her up into a Champion!

Sorry for the lack of updates recently. We have been showing on and off with a few places but nothing too special to report. Feorlig Klever Kloggs (Blake) is soon to come out, which we are very much looking forward to. I will update his page shortly with new pictures, so keep an eye out for them! Blake had his first outing the other day at our local match and he was a little star and won the Puppy Walk :-)

Blackpool Championship was held today and the Judge was Dianna Spavin, who was awarding tickets for the 1st time. I only took Murray and Hugo. Hugo was 2nd in Junior dog and Murray was 2nd in Post Graduate dog. She awarded Best of Breed to the gorgeous Rozamie Moulin Rouge who went on to get Group 2!! Well done Joe, Kevin & Rolo!

Today was Coventry & District Open show and the judge for Papillons was Leila Tarabad. She had a large quality entry. We took, April, Hugo, Murray and Morse. April was third in Special Yearling, with Hugo winning the class and also winning Post Graduate, Murray was 2nd in Limit and Morse 2nd in Open. We then went into the challenge and to our deligth Hugo took Best of Breed. The group was judged by Vanessa Cox and in a very storng Toy Group, Hugo got 4th!!! Not bad seeing as he is only 13 months old!

Today we went to the South Wales Papillon Club Open show. Our judge was Penny Robins (Jaroma). Hugo won Junior dog and Morse was placed in Open dog. Ella got 2nd in Post Graduate and Luna was 3rd in Limit, but our star of the day was April, who has not been in the ring for a while, won her class, Reserve Best Bitch and to our delight Reserve Best in Show!!!! She is only a few days out of puppy so we are so proud and thrilled with our little girl! Photo's of the day have now been added.

Toy day at Crufts was today and the judge for Papillons was Mr M Quinney. We did not do very well in the breed but Murray did us well being the only one to get placed, winning a third in Graduate dog. Kirsty went in the 17-24 YKC handling class and out of a class of 21 VERY strong handlers she won the class. She handled Pat Munn's Ch/Jap Ch Smileline Immortal Gene at Ringlands and he showed superbly for her. She also went into the YKC stakes with Morse and got a good 3rd.
We heard some lovely news from Pat Munn at Crufts that Ch Feorlig Moonlight Shadow at Ringlands is now an AMERICAN CHAMPION and is in the Top 25 Papillons in the USA! To say we are delighted is an understatement. We look forward to hearing more of Bly's winnings in America.

Today was the Papillon Club Open show and the judge was Mrs Margaret Bunce. Murray was 2nd in Yearling, Morse 2nd in Open, Ella 2nd in Post Graduate and Luna 4th in Limit, but the star of the day was Hugo (April's brother) who won Puppy Dog, Best Puppy Dog and then Best Puppy in Show.
